The location is fantastic and the noise from bars/clubs below was minimal. The room was small but well equipped and the wi-fi/internet facilities excellent. Satff were extremely helpful adn friendly.

size and design of the room.
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. It is located on top of a disco which means that you can hear music, and you can also feel vibration from the music beats, inside your room all night long. On a Saturday night, for instances, there was music on until 8:30 in the morning...not recommended at al !!!

The hotel has a fabulous central location. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. - the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. - the room includes a private safe, climate control, and a minibar. - Great views overlooking the street.

Decent hotel with great and amazing location near the center of Krakow, centre, and the Pergamin. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the apartment, plus a private safe, climate control and a minibar. A wide range of excellent food at breakfast time. Tasty drinks at music bar, good service. Everything nice.

Very close to the city. Very clean.
We had to change appartment at the last minute but we were well relocated. We hasd problem with the air conditionning.

Geographically it was ideal, just off the main square. All receptionists on duty were pleasant and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
There was a night club below us. It was noisy because of the music but wasn't a problem with rowdy customers, as it probably would have been in the UK. The apartment could have done with a lick of paint here and there. The Shower doors didn't close properly and there was a little damage to the Bathroom door.
